This listing is for an original, custom, hand-drawn and hand-painted original watercolor seascape painting. (Not a print or digital image). The images shown are examples of previous commissions.
Whether it's a yacht, fishing boat, sailboat, jet boat, bowrider, catamaran, cabin cruiser, houseboat or other watercraft, I'll render it with love and care. My artwork is done on 300 gsm archival watercolor paper with professional watercolors. I can add custom calligraphy, such as a name, date or location for no extra charge. Mat and frame not included.
My watercolour artwork is detailed and realistic. I strive to create the most accurate and painterly representation of your boat so you will cherish it forever! Meaninful details that are not in your photo can be added, such as lighthouses, buildings, beachs, waterfronts, clouds, sunsets, birds, reflections, fishing poles and other 'boaty' subject

Ira Gorky is not only extraordinarily talented, she is also so kind and collaborative. she made sure to get all the details right about my dad's boat down to the birgie design, water color and title. her communication was amazing throughout working together despite being on different continents and the quality of the materials and packing and shipping were really A+. i couldn't be happier with the experience and the end result. for not much more than mass produced AI slop from a photo, you can get commissioned art from a real artist. dont hesitate.
